酞菁铜在5·10~(-5)乇下蒸发到涂有氧化锡导电层的光学玻璃上,当基片不加温时所得的多晶蒸发膜是α-晶型,从 X 线衍射强度反常和反射电子衍射图可知晶粒有显著的取向,其 b 轴竖立于基片面.当基片加热至250℃得到的蒸发膜是β-晶型,X 线衍射图说明无晶面取向,从扫描电子显微镜观察,可知是球晶形态.α-酞菁铜蒸发膜在空气中于每分钟1℃等速升温过程中,到250℃时已转变为β-晶型,从 X 线衍射图可知晶相虽已转变,晶粒仍保持取向,其b 轴仍然竖立于基片面.
