实验应用全细胞膜片钳技术在大鼠新鲜分离的背根神经节(DRG)神经元胞体膜上察了GABA激活电流的去敏感现象。证实GABA激活电流的去敏感由快、慢两个成份组成.时间常数分别为2.05秒和59.90秒。连续间隔外加10-4mol/LGABA,发现GABA激活电流的峰值及快、慢去敏感的速率随连续给药的时间间隔不同而改变,两次外加GABA的时间间隔越短,下一次外加GABA的激活电流的峰值衰减就越快,其快、慢去敏感的过程加速。本文还就所观察到现象产生的机制进行了讨论.
Whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to observe the desensitization of GABA-activated current in freshly isolated rat DRG neuronal membrane. Confirmed GABA activation current desensitization by the fast and slow composition of the two components. The time constants are 2.05 seconds and 59.90 seconds respectively.
