In April 2002, an artificial intelligence military application laboratory at the University of Washington held a seminar on “Military Applications for Earth Weapons in Geophysics and the Modern World”. Most of the lectures were conducted by the U.S. Military Laboratory and the University Military Task Force Chief scientist, consultant and special experimental technologist. A historic military R & D report at the conference details the history of the earth research, the use of the earth and the development of the Earth’s weapons in the past hundred years.
