目的：利用裸鼠背部皮肤的即刻扩张术探讨扩张时间和周期对扩张效果的影响。方法：将６０只裸鼠分为两组，并制成背部皮瓣。用Ｆｏｌｅｙ氏导管为扩张器，注入６ｍｌ生理盐水扩张皮瓣。第一组扩张时间为３ｍｉｎ，扩张２次，第二组扩张时间６ｍｉｎ，扩张１次。观察和分析皮瓣的微循环血流量、活力、张力和长度的变化。结果：两组动物之间，术后皮瓣的微循环血流量、活力和长度均无明显差异，而６ｍｉｎ１次扩张组的术后皮瓣张力的降低比３ｍｉｎ２次扩张组的显著。结论：扩张的效果与扩张持续的时间有关。６ｍｉｎ１次扩张优于３ｍｉｎ２次扩张。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of dilation time and period on the dilation effect by using the immediate dilation of the dorsal skin of nude mice. Methods: Sixty nude mice were divided into two groups and made into back flaps. Using a Foley’s catheter as a dilator, a 6 ml saline dilatation flap was infused. The first group expansion time was 3min, expansion 2 times, the second group expansion time 6min, expansion 1 times. Observation and analysis of microcirculation flap blood flow, vitality, tension and length changes. Results: There was no significant difference in the microcirculation blood flow, vitality and length between the two groups of animals, but the reduction of postoperative flap tension in 6-min-1 dilation group was more significant than that in 3-d 2-dilation group. Conclusion: The effect of expansion is related to the duration of expansion. 6min1 times better than 3min2 times dilation.
