凡有志于民族复兴的华夏儿女,都必须树立起强烈的、自觉的民族品牌意识。最近有媒体报道,一些地方和部门在政府采购中存在排斥国货的现象。比如,在装备制造业招标采购活动中,一些招标文件设置歧视性条件、违法限制国产设备使用的做法就比较突出。这一现象引起大众关注,政府采购国货本该是一种习惯,有关部门多次发文强调这一采购常识,令人不得不深思,政府采购怎么“反向操作”搞起“国货歧视”来了?
