上肢反射性交感神经性萎缩症是由外伤等原因所致的顽固性疼痛,其发生发作与心理因素有一定关系。我院自1992年2月～1994年5月应用连续臂丛神经阻滞配合行为暗示心理疗法治疗上肢反射性交感神经性萎缩症13例。总结如下。
