传统工程造价模式用时长,耗精力,准确性相对较低,导致造价工作反复,效率急待提高,工程造价领域急需新的造价模式。BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用存在信息分类体系和数据传输标准不统一,BIM模型缺乏造价成本信息,成本高等问题。应统一BIM信息分类体系和传输标准,设计BIM模型时增加造价成本信息,加大政策支持,减少BIM使用的成本。
Traditional engineering cost model with time, energy consumption, accuracy is relatively low, resulting in duplication of cost, efficiency is urgently needed to improve the project cost of the urgent need for new areas of the cost model. The application of BIM technology in project cost management has the problems that information classification system and data transmission standard are not unified, BIM model lacks cost cost information and high cost.
