我矿属于高温热液长石——石英脉黑钨矿床,原矿除含黑钨矿、白钨矿外,还伴生有可利用的硫化矿和氧汜矿。选矿工艺流程是苏联设计的,原设计对重选精矿经脱硫后的磁选尾矿集中送外地精选厂处理,没有考虑白钨和锡石的回收工艺。原设计在精选回路中虽然有从硫化矿原料中回收钼、铋的工艺流程,但由于流程结构及药剂制度不尽合理,致使投产后按原设计流程无法产出合格钼、铋精矿。通过试验与改进生产工艺,1961年便产出钼精矿,次年生产了锡精矿,1964年获得铋精矿,1965年后期回收了铜精矿,1970年前后获得低品位混合稀土精矿。
