目的 探讨低场MRI对于胰腺癌胰周血管受累评估的准确性及其临床价值和限度。方法 对 5 5例胰腺癌病例进行MR扫描 ,预测评估胰周血管受侵情况 ,并与手术结果进行比较。结果 5 5例中 ,5 0例 ( 91% )术前得以正确诊断。血管未受累预测准确性 86% ,血管受累预测准确性 93 %。结论 低场MRI对于判断胰周血管是否受侵很有价值 ,但MRI分级Ⅰa级和Ⅰb级对于指导临床工作尚存在局限性
Objective To investigate the accuracy of low-field MRI in assessing peripancreatic vascular involvement of pancreatic cancer and its clinical value and limits. Methods Fifty-five patients with pancreatic cancer underwent MR scan to predict and evaluate the peripancreatic vascular invasion, and compared with the surgical results. Results Of 55 cases, 50 cases (91%) were correctly diagnosed before operation. The accuracy of prediction of vascular involvement was 86%, and the accuracy of prediction of vascular involvement was 93%. Conclusion Low-field MRI is valuable in judging whether perivascular vessels are involved or not. However, there are limitations in guiding the clinical work of MRI grade Ⅰa and Ⅰb
