1984年从山东薛城,莱西和江苏徐州,南京等地花生和附近的大豆田中采集病毒病样本,共计花生样本115个,大豆样本125个。花生病毒病株中的花生斑驳病毒(PMV)平均占61%,最高的田块达100%;而大豆上PMV平均占18%,发生最萵田块占33.3%。测定的17个大豆品种对PMV病毒的反应中,1138—2,18—6,苏协1号,4—1和南农133—3品种表现为感病,193—1、徐豆1号、合丰23等12个品种表现为抗病。
In 1984, virus samples were collected from Xuecheng, Lacey, Xuzhou, Jiangsu, Nanjing and other soybean farms in Nanjing and other nearby soybean fields. A total of 115 peanut samples and 125 soybean samples were collected. The peanut mottle virus (PMV) in peanut virus strain accounted for 61% on average, and the highest field block reached 100%. The average PMV in soybean was 18% and the most lettuce block was 33.3%. Among the 17 soybean cultivars tested against PMV virus, 1138-2, 18-6, SU-1, 4-1 and Nannong 133-3 showed susceptible, 193-1, Hefeng 23 and other 12 varieties showed resistance.
