In this paper, we selected 218 exposed noise workers with different properties and intensities as the study objects, and analyzed the health status of the group I: contact noise (peak value: 102 ~ 110dB (A)], the most obvious hearing loss; Steady-state noise [94.5dB (A)] followed by hearing loss; Steady-state noise [70-76dB (A)] was observed in group Ⅲ, and the hearing curve was in the normal range. There are obvious differences between the three. And more than 15 years of service in the Ⅰ, Ⅱ group significantly increased hearing loss. Also found that noise is caused by abnormal ECG, neurasthenia factor, but no significant effect on blood pressure.
