目的用毛细管区带电泳法分离测定中药材山茱萸及中成药六味地黄丸中没食子酸的含量。方法定量采用内标法 ,选取肉桂酸为内标。所用毛细管规格为 60cm(有效长度 4 5cm)× 75 μm,检测波长 2 71nm ,电压 2 0kV ,背景电解质为 2 0mmol/L硼砂。结果线性范围为 1 5 6~ 3 1 2mg/L ,相关系数r =0 9993 (n =7) ,RSD分别为 2 9%和 2 1 % (n =5 ) ,加样回收率为 97 4 %~ 98 6%和 99 3 %~ 1 0 2 4 % ,没食子酸含量分别为 0 2 2 5 %和 0 0 5 5 %。结论毛细管区带电泳法用于测定山茱萸及中成药六味地黄丸中没食子酸的含量是可行的
Objective To isolate and determine the content of gallic acid in Liuwei Dihuang Pill, a Chinese herbal medicine, by using capillary zone electrophoresis. Methods Internal standard method was used quantitatively and cinnamic acid was selected as internal standard. The capillary tube used was 60 cm (effective length 4 5 cm) × 75 μm, detection wavelength was 2 71 nm, voltage was 20 kV, and background electrolyte was 20 mmol/L borax. The linear range of the results was 156-321 mg/L, the correlation coefficient r was 9993 (n = 7), the RSD was 29% and 21% (n = 5), and the recovery rate was 974%. ~ 98 6% and 99 3 % ~ 10 2 4 %, gallic acid content were 0 2 2 5 % and 0 0 5 5 %, respectively. Conclusion Capillary zone electrophoresis is suitable for the determination of gallic acid in Liuweidihuang Pills of hawthorn and Chinese medicine.
