目的比较超声弹性成像与数字乳腺X线对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取2011年9月至2015年12月间就诊的240例乳腺疾病患者,其中经手术病理判断为恶性病灶者为恶性组(40例),良性病灶者为良性组(200例),全组患者均行超声弹性成像和数字乳腺X线检查。对两组患者的检查结果进行比较分析。结果相对于良性组,恶性组患者的数字乳腺X线多表现为乳腺腺体致密、微小钙化、边界缘毛刺和肿块影(P<0.05)。良性组患者的超声弹性成像评分多为2~3分,而恶性组多为4~5分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声弹性成像和数字乳腺X线对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性分别为100.0%和99.5%,特异性分别为80.0%和100.0%,超声弹性成像诊断乳腺癌的特异性明显高于数字乳腺X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像和数字乳腺X线对于乳腺癌均有一定的诊断价值,其中超声弹性成像诊断有更好的诊断特异性。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography and digital mammography in breast cancer. Methods From September 2011 to December 2015, 240 patients with breast diseases were selected. Among them, malignant lesions (40 cases) were classified as malignant lesions by surgical pathology, and benign lesions (200 cases) as benign lesions. All patients Patients underwent ultrasound elastography and digital mammography. The test results of two groups of patients were compared. Results Compared with the benign group, the digital mammography in malignant group manifested as dense glandular micromegaly, borderline burr and mass (P <0.05). In the benign group, the scores of ultrasound elastography were mostly 2 to 3, while those in the malignant group were mostly 4 to 5, with significant difference (P <0.05). The sensitivity of ultrasound elastography and digital mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 100.0% and 99.5%, the specificity was 80.0% and 100.0% respectively. The specificity of EUS in the diagnosis of breast cancer was significantly higher than that of digital mammography, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Elastography and digital mammography have certain diagnostic value for breast cancer, of which ultrasound elastography has better diagnostic specificity.
