美国经济已经到了衰退的边缘,预计到年中时便会陷入衰退。美国政府认识到了这场危机的严重性,试图通过降息和减税来缓解危机。这场危机是迟早要来的,不可能通过简单的“经济刺激”就能够解决。
The U.S. economy is on the verge of recession and is expected to fall into recession by mid-year. The U.S. government realizes the seriousness of the crisis and tries to ease the crisis by cutting interest rates and tax cuts. The crisis is coming sooner or later and can not be solved by a simple “economic stimulus.”
