一、前言旋流燃烧(包括平焰燃烧)是被广泛采用的一种先进燃烧技术。它具有燃烧能力强、火焰形状可调、能提高并均匀炉温、强化炉内传热过程、改善加热质量、降低燃烧消耗等一系列优点。尤其是对低热值气体燃料,采用旋流燃烧方法的效果更为显著。但在许多单位使用旋流平焰烧咀过程中,普遍出现噪声大的危害问题。为此,我们对发生炉煤气平焰烧咀在室式加热炉上的噪声进行了测定和分析,并通过调整有关设计参数和改进结构后,在降低噪声方面取得了一定效果。
First, the preface Swirl combustion (including flat flame combustion) is widely used as an advanced combustion technology. It has a burning ability, adjustable flame shape, can improve and uniform temperature, and strengthen the furnace heat transfer process, improve the quality of heating, reduce fuel consumption and a series of advantages. Especially for low calorific value gas fuels, the effect of using the swirling combustion method is more significant. However, in many units using the swirling flame burners in the process, the widespread occurrence of noise hazards. For this reason, we measured and analyzed the noise of the flat gas burner in the chamber furnace, and achieved some results in noise reduction by adjusting the relevant design parameters and improving the structure.
