糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的慢性微血管并发症之一,也是导致慢性肾衰竭的主要原因之一,其基本病理改变是肾脏肥大、肾小球毛细血管基膜增厚、肾小球和肾小管细胞外基质进行性堆积,导致弥漫性和结节性肾小球硬化。丹红注射液是由传统中药丹参、红花组成的复方注射液,临床上对于心脑血管疾病的治疗疗效确切,近年来其对糖尿病微血管病变糖尿病肾病的治疗越来越受到重视。该文对丹红注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的可能机制予以综述。
