目的:简述虫草素的来源,化学结构及代谢,重点讨论虫草素的抗癌,免疫调节,抗炎等多种生理活性及其作用机制。方法:查阅近年来虫草素药理学相关研究文献,通过分析、归纳进行综述。结果:虫草素通过多种作用机制发挥抗癌、抗炎、抗病毒等多种药理作用。结论:虫草素作为药用资源具有广泛的药理作用,其作用机制,特别是体内代谢作用机制的研究将为进一步开发奠定理论基础。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the origin, chemical structure and metabolism of cordycepin, with emphasis on the anti-cancer, immune regulation, anti-inflammatory and other physiological activities of cordycepin and its mechanism. Methods: To review the literature related to the pharmacology of cordycepin in recent years, and to summarize and analyze it through analysis and induction. Results: Cordycepin play a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and anti-virus through a variety of mechanisms. Conclusion: Cordycepin has broad pharmacological effects as a medicinal resource. Its mechanism of action, especially its mechanism of metabolism in vivo, will lay a theoretical foundation for further development.
