粉碎“四人帮”后,全党开展的关于真理标准问题的大讨论、实际上是一次思想解放运动。没有这次大讨论,党的十一届三中全会就不可能将全党工作的重点转移到现代化建设上来。实践已经充分证明,思想解放的程度,决定经济发展的速度。当前,我省经济要快速发展,如期实现翻两番的战略任务,还必须进一步解放思想,转换脑筋,用市场经济的新思想、新观念、新的思维方式代替计划经济体制下形成的旧思想、旧观念和旧的思维方式。这里拟从四个方面谈谈解放思想的问题。

At present, our province’s economy needs to develop rapidly and quadruple its strategic task as scheduled. We must further emancipate our minds and change our brains to replace the old ideas formed under the planned economic system with new ideas, new concepts and new ways of thinking in a market economy Old ideas and old ways of thinking. Here we want to talk about the emancipation of the mind from four aspects.
