定向培养直招士官军队为培养后备人才所采取的一种招生方式。目前,辽宁省交通高等专科学校、成都航空职业技术学院、山东交通职业学院、湖北国土资源职业学院、江西信息应用职业技术学院五所高校面向辽宁省考生招生,在高职(专科)批次招生计划内,为海军、二炮和武警部队定向培养直招士官。培养对象顺利完成课程学分和入伍实习,毕业后取得专科学历,经体检和政审复审合格后,直接补充到部队担任士官。
Orienteering training program for recruiting officers and men to cultivate reserve personnel. At present, five colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, including the Traffic Engineering College of Liaoning Province, Chengdu Aviation Institute of Vocational Technology, Shandong Communication Vocational College, Hubei Land Resources Vocational College and Jiangxi Institute of Information Application Vocational Technology, The Navy, the Second Artillery Corps and the Armed Police Force to train direct enlisted officers. Students successfully completed course credits and enrolled in internships, after graduation to obtain specialist qualifications, physical examination and political review of qualified, directly added to the military as a noncommissioned officer.
