通过金相观察和计算机模拟研究了成分 (w ,% )为 0 185C 1 87Mn 1 0Si的TRIP钢在两相区加热时的组织转变和成分分布。初步分析了合金元素Mn、Si对两相区等温处理组织转变的影响。模拟采用的DICTRA软件 ,建立在相变局部平衡理论基础上 ,通过扩散方程的求解 ,对不同时间各相相对量及成分分布作出预测 ,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行了分析比较
The microstructural transformation and composition distribution of the TRIP steels with 0 185C 1 87Mn 1 0Si in the two-phase region were investigated by metallographic observation and computer simulation. The effects of alloying elements Mn and Si on the isothermal transformation in two-phase zone were analyzed. The DICTRA software used in the simulation is based on the theory of partial equilibrium of phase transition. Based on the solution of the diffusion equation, the relative quantity and composition distribution of each phase at different time are predicted. The simulation results and the experimental results are analyzed and compared
