党的作风代表党的形象,反映党的性质、宗旨和目标,又直接关乎党的性质的体现、宗旨和目标的实现,因此,作风建设历来为我们党所高度重视。作风建设,其主要途径一是思想教育,二是制度约束,这两者的具体形式,又由党在不同时期所处的不同环境所决定。当前作风建设所存在的很多新问题和面临的新挑战,就是与党的执政环境发生的巨大变化直接相关的。环境变化了,关于作风建设的思想教育和制度约束本身也需要一个变化和适应过程。
The style of the party represents the party’s image and reflects the nature, purpose and objectives of the party. It also directly relates to the realization of the party’s nature, objectives and goals. Therefore, style construction has always attached great importance to our party. The main approach to style building is ideological education. The second is institutional restraint. The concrete forms of the two are determined by the different circumstances in which the party lives in different periods. Many new problems and new challenges in the construction of the current style of work are directly related to the great changes that have taken place in the party’s governing environment. As the environment changes, ideological education and institutional constraints on style building also require a process of change and adaptation.
