YJ—HD型平面交叉磁轭磁粉探伤仪,是冶金部北京建筑研究总院和冶金部北京冶金设备试制厂共同研制的新产品。该仪器可以旋转磁化轧辊并对其进行螺旋给进式的连续探伤,准确地检测出轧辊表层各个方向的裂纹。该仪器的平面交叉磁轮上装有活动磁脚,可用于检验不同直径的轧辊。在试用中取得了良好探伤效果和显著经济效益。 1983年3月冶金工业部组织的鉴定会认为,该仪器与国内外常用的探伤方法(酸浸、渗透、超声、涡流)相比有灵敏度高、探伤速度快、能够在线检验、适用于自动化探伤等优点。冶金工业部已批准北京冶金设备试制厂进行批量生产。 YJ—HD平面交叉磁轭磁粉探伤仪的主要技术性能如下: 1.激磁规范可以根据需要在2500安匝×2的
