中药复方制剂心安灵口服液可剂量依赖性地预防豚鼠变态反应性心律失常,减轻心肌损伤。提示该药对豚鼠变态反应性心脏反应有明显保护作用,为临床治疗病毒性心肌炎提供一定的药效学依据。
The Chinese medicine compound Xin An Ling Oral Liquid can dose-dependently prevent guinea pig allergic arrhythmia and relieve myocardial injury. Suggesting that the drug has significant protective effect on allergic heart reaction in guinea pigs and provides certain pharmacodynamic basis for the clinical treatment of viral myocarditis.
