目的:对化妆品质控样品中汞的均匀性进行检验。方法:采用原子荧光光度法测定。均匀性检验采用t检验和F检验联合技术进行统计分析。结果:3个批次汞元素瓶内与瓶间各组测定结果的均值与方差不存在显著性差异。结论:化妆品质控样品中的汞是均匀的。
Objective: To test the homogeneity of mercury in cosmetic quality control samples. Methods: Determination by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. Uniformity test using t test and F test combined with statistical analysis. Results: There was no significant difference between the mean and variance of the determination results of the three batches of mercury element in each bottle. Conclusion: Mercury in cosmetic quality control samples is homogeneous.
