在当今信息时代,人们已充分认识到情报的重要性,越来越多的人迫切希望获得大量有实用价值的情报信息。图书馆如果不加强情报职能就没有发展出路。因此,党校图书馆应该把强化情报职能作为改革文献情报工作的突破口。一、解放思想,改革传统的管理体制长期以来,党校教育工作者对情报工作缺乏足够的认识,情报意识淡薄,对图书馆投入较多的是文献的收藏、流通、阅览和一般性咨询,而对情报开发和情报服务投入甚少,图书馆的情报职能难以发挥。因此,要强化党校图书馆的情报职能,首先要解放思想,抛弃那些阻碍党校文献情报事业发展的旧观念,重视情报工作,增强情报意识,改革传统的管理体制。
In today’s information age, people have fully realized the importance of intelligence and more and more people are eager to obtain a large amount of intelligence information of practical value. Libraries have not been able to find a way out without strengthening intelligence functions. Therefore, the party school library should strengthen the intelligence function as a breakthrough in the reform of literature and information. I. Emancipating the Mind and Reforming the Traditional Management System For a long time, Party school educators lacked adequate knowledge of intelligence work, and lacked the awareness of intelligence. The library devoted more resources to the collection, circulation, reading and general consultation of documents. However, Little investment has been made in intelligence development and intelligence services, making it difficult for intelligence functions in libraries. Therefore, to strengthen the intelligence function of the library of party school, we must first emancipate our minds, abandon the old ideas that hinder the development of the party’s literature and information industry, attach importance to intelligence work, enhance intelligence awareness and reform the traditional management system.
