美国的经理人 对他们管理的公司以及棒球运动有着深刻的了解,但对其他事情所知较少。他们认为世界上其他国家的人都希望自己是美国人,因为美国人是最有能力的。每个季度的分红是他们的主要目标,只要能最快地实现这个目标不惜采取任何手段。公司组织结构层次多,等级森严,雇员对上司的指令不容置疑(至少在公开情况下是这样),否则就可能被炒鱿鱼。美国人说话快,嗓门大。在洽谈商务之后,美国人会找来不少律师和财务人员,起草的合同比其他国家的长得多。
American managers have a deep understanding of the companies they run and of baseball, but little is known about other things. They think people in other countries in the world want to be American because Americans are the most capable. Each quarter's dividend is their main goal, as long as the goal can be achieved as quickly as possible by any means. Organizational structure of many levels, hierarchical, employees no objection to the instructions of the boss (at least in the public is the case), otherwise they may be fired. Americans speak quickly and loudly. After negotiating business, Americans will find a lot of lawyers and financial staff, the drafting of contracts much longer than in other countries.
