行政事业单位是行政单位与事业单位的统称,不以营利为目的,主要是为社会公共服务,或是保证日常社会秩序与和谐。行政事业单位的财务管理是指行政事业单位在行使职能的过程中对耗费的资源进行管理的经济活动。随着市场化经济的发展,行政事业单位的财务管理有时转变和提高,但在实际运行中仍存在一些弊端。文章对行政事业单位在财务管理过程中存在的问题进行了归类整理,并提出了解决对策来杜绝这些问题出现。
Administrative units are the general term for administrative units and public institutions, not for profit, mainly for public service, or to ensure the daily social order and harmony. The financial management of administrative units refers to the economic activities that administrative units manage the consumed resources in the process of exercising their functions. With the development of a market-oriented economy, the financial management of administrative institutions sometimes changes and improves, but there are still some drawbacks in the actual operation. The article classifies the problems existing in the process of financial management by the administrative institutions and puts forward solutions to eliminate these problems.
