颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成可造成脑供血不足引起头昏、短暂性脑缺血发作、记忆力减退等,也是缺血性脑卒中的一个重要危险因素,严重影响生活质量。现收集2004年至2006年于我院用奥扎格雷钠联合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块所致脑供血不足病例28例,观察对脑供血不足的改善疗效
