设计生产球形拉延件(如蒸汽机车上的汽包、砂包等)的深拉延模,比浅拉延模困难得多。原因是这类零件的表面形状比较复杂,拉延过程中的受力情况、变形区的位置,变形特点及其成形原理与一般的浅拉延模生产的零件不同。一、球形拉延件的工艺特点球形件的拉深与浅筒形件的拉深相比,有下述不同之处。 1.受力情况图1表示了球形件和浅筒件拉深时主变形区的受力分析,比较如下。
