目的:研究寿胎丸对大鼠母胎界面Thl/Th2(辅助性T细胞1/辅助性T细胞2)型细胞因子的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为5组,每组8只。造模组造模,寿胎丸组造模同时每天以4.9g/kg寿胎丸水提浓缩液灌胃给药,黄体酮组造模同时每天以4mg/kg黄体酮隔天注射,米非司酮组仅灌服生理盐水和米非司酮,空白组灌服等容积生理盐水。以ELISA法检测各组大鼠蜕膜组织Thl型(IL-2、IFN-γ)/Th2型(IL-4、IL-10)细胞因子的表达差异。结果:寿胎丸具有纠正肾虚流产大鼠母胎界面中Th1/Th2平衡偏移的作用。结论:寿胎丸可降低母体免疫排斥,增强了母胎免疫保护,最终降低肾虚黄体抑制大鼠的流产率,而达到防治流产的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of ShouTaiWan on Thl/Th2 (helper T cells/helper T cells 2) cytokines in the maternal-fetal interface of rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, 8 in each group. In the modeling group, the ShouTaiWan group was injected intragastrically with 4.9g/kg ShouTai Pills water extract concentrate every day, while the Progesterone group was injected with 4mg/kg progesterone every other day. The Keshen group was given saline and mifepristone only, and the blank group was given an equal volume of normal saline. The differences in the expression of Th1 (IL-2, IFN-γ)/Th2 (IL-4, IL-10) cytokines in the decidua were examined by ELISA. RESULTS: ShouTaiWan had the effect of correcting Th1/Th2 balance shift in maternal-fetal interface of kidney deficiency abortion rats. Conclusion: ShouTaiWan can reduce the maternal immune rejection, enhance maternal-fetal immune protection, and finally reduce the rate of abortion induced by kidney deficiency and luteinizing in rats, which can achieve the effect of prevention and treatment of abortion.
