2007年8月8日.距离2008年北京奥运会开幕还剩下一年时间.一系列盛大活动的展开,把我们的记忆和镜头拉回到了五年前:2002年3月28日,北京市政府和北京奥组委共同制定的《北京奥运行动规划》正式公布。北京以“绿色奥运、科技奥运、人文奥运”三大理念为依托,用科学的理论和技术手段及创新精神,建设人与环境和谐共存的新北京;通过一届群众广泛参与的奥运会,传播现代奥林匹克精神;展示中华民族灿烂文化,促进人与自然、人与社会、人的精神与体魄的和谐发展。
August 08, 2007. One year left before the opening of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, a series of grand events have brought our memory and lens back five years ago: On March 28, 2002, the Beijing Municipal Government Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee and jointly developed the “Beijing Olympic Action Plan” was officially announced. Based on the three concepts of “green Olympics, science and technology Olympics and humanistic Olympics,” Beijing has built a new Beijing where people and the environment coexist harmoniously with scientific theories, technical means and innovative spirit.
