采用数值模拟仿真技术预测了10000 m~3球罐焊后整体热处理时球壁温度场、应力场和位移形变,运用有限元分析方法对球罐焊后热处理的强度与刚度进行评定。对该球罐焊后热处理工艺的可行性采用上述方法进行验证后,成功地实施了焊后整体热处理,各项检测全部合格,并已安全服役3年多。在国内外率先提出“焊后热处理工艺验证”的概念,成功实施了世界首台10000 m~3球罐的焊后热处理,表明我国焊后热处理从“感性”开始进入“理性”阶段,对确保承压设备安全性有十分重要意义。
The temperature field, stress field and displacement deformation of the ball wall during the whole post-weld heat treatment of 10000 m ~ 3 spherical tank were predicted by numerical simulation. The strength and stiffness of post-weld heat treatment of the spherical tank were evaluated by finite element analysis. The feasibility of the post-weld heat treatment process of the spherical tank was verified by the above method, and the overall post-weld heat treatment was successfully implemented. All the tests were qualified and had been in safe service for more than three years. The concept of “post-weld heat treatment process verification” was firstly put forward at home and abroad, and the world’s first post-weld heat treatment of 10000 m ~ 3 spherical cans was successfully implemented. This shows that the post-weld heat treatment in China has begun to enter the “rational” "Stage, to ensure the safety of pressure equipment is very important.
