我国加入WTO之后,保税区与关税区自由贸易政策间的落差将趋平,关税水平的差距也将逐步缩小,其作为特殊经济区域的许多优势将逐步丧失。
After China’s accession to the WTO, the gap between the free trade policies of the bonded areas and the customs areas will be leveled off and the gap between the tariff levels will gradually narrow. As a special economic zone, many advantages will be gradually lost.
