自发性血气胸是一种较少见的胸外科疾病,气胸合并大量出血存在生命危险,疾病进展迅速且凶险,常需急诊手术治疗。我科2009年4月-2014年5月收治自发性血气胸患者7例,行急诊单操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗,现报道如下。资料与方法1.一般资料7例均为男性,年龄19-39岁。7例均有胸痛症状,3例合并胸闷不适。7例X射线胸片均有液气胸表现,右侧4例,左侧3例;肺重度
Spontaneous pneumothorax is a rare thoracic disease, pneumothorax combined with massive bleeding is life-threatening, the disease progresses rapidly and dangerous, often requiring emergency surgery.
