知识失业在我国愈演愈烈,本文从供求结构的角度分析了知识失业存在的原因,然后提出了知识劳动者、政府、学校、企业在解决知识劳动者就业问题上的应对之策。
Knowledge unemployment is intensifying in our country. This paper analyzes the reasons for the existence of knowledge unemployment from the perspective of supply and demand structure, and then puts forward the countermeasures to solve the employment problem of knowledge workers by knowledge workers, governments, schools and enterprises.
