思想政治工作的对象是人,企业管理的核心也是人,都是以规范“人”的行为为目的。现在有一种误解,似乎一讲企业管理,就是指管钱、管物,甚至片面强调“用经济办法管理经济”。殊不知,企业管理,首先是“人”的管理;协调生产关系,首先是协调人际关系;管理任何工作,首先是管理“人”的工作。广义地讲,思想工作同样是管理工作
The object of ideological and political work is human beings. The core of enterprise management is also human beings. They all aim at regulating the behavior of “humans”. Now there is a misunderstanding. It seems that when it comes to business management, it means managing money and possessions, and even one-sided emphasis on “economic management of the economy.” As everyone knows, enterprise management is first and foremost the management of “people”; coordinating production relations is first of all to coordinate interpersonal relationships; to manage any work, the first is to manage the work of “people”. Broadly speaking, ideological work is also a management work
