我县自1980年发生Ⅲ型登革热流行后,1986年1月又报告疑似登革热病例,随后蔓延全县十六个区,发病9,847人,死亡42人。为了确定诊断,经采集病人急性期和恢复期血清进行病毒分离和血清抗体测定。现将结果报告如下。
After the dengue epidemic of type Ⅲ occurred in 1980 in our county, a case of suspected dengue fever was reported in January 1986 and subsequently spread to 16 districts of the county with an incidence of 9,847 and 42 deaths. In order to confirm the diagnosis, virus isolation and serum antibody determination were performed on the acute and convalescent sera of patients. The results reported below.
