运用随机前沿生产函数模型,采用2003~2010年的面板数据,分析中国东、中、西部地区战略性新兴产业19个大类行业的技术效率及其影响因素。结果表明,战略性新兴产业的技术进步速度较快,但技术效率水平较低,并呈现起伏波动的特征。中国战略性新兴产业技术效率水平存在行业异质性和区域异质性,不同行业、不同地区的技术效率水平差异明显;在外生性因素中,企业规模和产业集聚对战略性新兴产业技术效率具有正向作用,外商直接投资和国有经济比重对中国战略性新兴产业技术效率产生负效应;外生性因素对中国不同地区战略性新兴产业技术效率的影响不尽相同。
By using the stochastic frontier production function model and panel data from 2003 to 2010, the paper analyzes the technical efficiency and its influencing factors in 19 major industries in the strategic emerging industries in the eastern, central and western regions of China. The results show that the strategic emerging industries are faster in technological progress, but their technical efficiency is lower and their characteristics are fluctuating. The technical efficiency of strategic emerging industries in China has heterogeneity and regional heterogeneity. The technical efficiency of different industries and regions is obviously different. Among the exogenous factors, the scale of enterprises and industrial agglomeration have a positive effect on the technical efficiency of strategic emerging industries The role of foreign direct investment and the proportion of state-owned economy have negative effects on the technical efficiency of strategic emerging industries in China. The exogenous factors have different effects on the technical efficiency of strategic emerging industries in different regions of China.
