目的评价心脏超声筛查诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的价值。方法选取2016年3月~2019年3月我院接受定期产检和分娩的2000例孕妇及2000例胎儿,所有胎儿均接受产前彩色多普勒超声心动图

目的评价心脏超声筛查诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的价值。方法选取2016年3月~2019年3月我院接受定期产检和分娩的2000例孕妇及2000例胎儿,所有胎儿均接受产前彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,产妇引产或胎儿出生后对其进行尸检或心脏超声检查,以此为依据,评价产前超声检查的准确度。结果2000例胎儿中,产前心脏超声共筛选出38例胎儿患有先天性心脏病;在引产或出生之后,对比尸检与心脏超声检查结果,其中40例胎儿患有先天性心脏病;应用心脏超声筛查诊断胎儿先天性心脏病准确率为95.00%,漏诊率为5.00%。结论在胎儿先
