在高职院校的学生教育管理工作中,实习实训教育对学生的未来成长产生着极其重要的影响,受到相关教育机构和社会的重点关注。所以,高职院校应该在学生实习实训期间加强对学生进行思想教育和管理的重视,在保证实习实训效果的基础上,逐步增强学生的思想政治素养,促使学生实习实训取得良好的效果,为学生未来发展提供相应的保障。本文在简要分析高职院校实习实训期间实施思想教育管理必要性的基础上,通过探究当前我国高职院校学生实习实训工作存在的问题,对优化教育管理措施进行了探讨,希望能够为高职院校学生实习实训工作的开展提供相应的支持。
In the education and management of students in higher vocational colleges, internship training has an extremely important impact on the future growth of students, and has been paid great attention by relevant educational institutions and the society. Therefore, vocational colleges should pay more attention to students’ ideological education and management during the internship and practical training. On the basis of ensuring the effectiveness of internship and practical training, the vocational colleges should gradually enhance students’ ideological and political accomplishments and promote students’ internship and practical training to obtain good Effect, provide the appropriate protection for the student’s future development. Based on the brief analysis of the necessity of implementing ideological education management during the practical training in higher vocational colleges, this paper probes into the problems existing in the practical training of students in higher vocational colleges in our country and discusses the measures for optimizing education management. It provides corresponding support for the development of internship and practical training for students in higher vocational colleges.
