回转筛在使用过程中,筛面不清洁会影响分级效率,故在此谈谈回转筛的清扫问题。造成回转筛筛面不清洁的原因有:1)物料本身特性对环境、温度、湿度敏感造成;2)筛网结构存在死角,造成粉尘堆积并延展;3)物料规格与网眼尺寸相当,物料互相挤压被卡住造成网眼堵塞;4)其他原因。针对上述问题,回转筛制作厂家一般会设计实用、安全的筛面清洁技术或设备配套,归结起来大致分为2类5种方式。
