适逢全国城乡广泛开展社会主义思想教育之际,四川教育出版社出版了余心言的《论社会主义思想教育》一书。该书汇集了作者近几年来有关的文章、讲话近40篇。这本书所收文章,或讲坚持四项基本原则,或讲反对资产阶级自由化的斗争,或讲两个文明建设,或讲民主法制,或讲改革开放,或讲党的建设、思想政治工作,或谈如何观察当代中国问题,或谈如何有效地进行社会主义思想教育、理想道德教育,或谈如何掌握说理的艺术,等等。内容虽然不尽相同,但却贯穿着一条主脉,即只有社会主义才能救中国,只有社会主义才能发展中国。仅此而论,这本书就有着很强的现实意义,是本可读性、可用性都很强的、难得的一本好书。

In this case, this book has a very strong practical significance, is a very good readability, availability are very strong, a rare book.
