本文对38CrSiA钢的贝氏体形态及性能进行了研究。发现360~380℃等温时形成一种枝叉状贝茵体并保留较多奥氏体的A—B复合组织,这种组织具有最佳的强韧性。文中对这种组织形成的机理及其强韧性机制也做了讨论。
In this paper, 38CrSiA steel bainite morphology and performance were studied. Found that 360 ~ 380 ℃ isothermal temperature to form a bifurcated birch body and retain more austenite A-B composite tissue, this organization has the best strength and toughness. The mechanism of the formation of this organization and the mechanism of its resilience are also discussed in this paper.
