建设学习型社会是宁波实现经济社会发展转型的必然要求。2001年以来宁波在完善终身教育体系、开展职业培训和成人教育、推进学习型组织建设和创建群众性学习活动品牌等方面进行了深入探索和实践。本文在总结宁波建设学习型社会所取得成就和面临困难的基础上,从理念推广、资金投入、制度保障等层面提出宁波进一步推进学习型社会建设的对策和思路。
Building a Learning Society is Necessary Requirement for Ningbo to Realize the Transformation of Economic and Social Development. Since 2001, Ningbo has conducted in-depth exploration and practice in improving lifelong education system, carrying out vocational training and adult education, promoting learning organization construction and creating brand of mass learning activities. On the basis of summarizing the achievements and difficulties faced by Ningbo in building a learning society, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and ideas for Ningbo to further promote the construction of a learning society from the aspects of concept promotion, capital input and system guarantee.
