目的:用正交试验法优选蛤蚧蛋白质的最佳提取工艺。方法:以蛤蚧蛋白质总提取率为评价指标,采用乙醇浸提、超声提取法,分别对料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间3种影响因素进行单因素考察,并采用L_9(3~3)正交试验设计,确定蛤蚧蛋白质的最佳提取工艺。结果:确定蛤蚧蛋白质最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶30,乙醇浓度20%,提取时间60min。结论:该提取工艺表现出稳定可行的特点,测得蛤蚧蛋白质提取率为1.04%。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Gekko gecko protein by orthogonal test. Methods: The total protein extraction rate of Gekko gecko was used as evaluation index. Three factors influencing the ratio of material to liquid, ethanol concentration and extraction time were investigated by ethanol extraction and ultrasonic extraction respectively. L9 (3 ~ 3) The experimental design, to determine the optimum extraction of gecko protein extraction process. Results: The optimal extraction conditions of Gekko gecko protein were as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was 1:30, the concentration of ethanol was 20% and the extraction time was 60 min. Conclusion: The extraction process showed stable and viable characteristics. The protein extraction rate of Gekko gecko was 1.04%.
