目的 探讨As2O3对小鼠H22肝癌细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法 建立小鼠H22肝癌实体型移植瘤模型,腹腔应用As2O3治疗后,通过PCNA及CyclinD1免疫组化检测指标反映细胞增殖改变。结果 As2O3能够下调PCNA及CyclinD1蛋白的表达。结论 As2O3对小鼠肝癌细胞的增殖具有明显的抑制作用,具有治疗肝癌潜在价值。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of As2O3 on the proliferation of mouse H22 hepatoma cells. Methods The mouse H22 hepatocellular carcinoma xenograft models were established. After peritoneal As2O3 treatment, the cell proliferation was detected by PCNA and CyclinD1 immunohistochemistry. Results As2O3 reduced the expression of PCNA and CyclinD1 protein. Conclusion As2O3 has a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of mouse hepatoma cells and has the potential value of treating hepatocellular carcinoma.
