本刊讯住房和城乡建设部近日批准《建筑信息模型应用统一标准》为国家标准,编号为GB/T51212-2016,自2017年7月1日起实施。《标准》是我国第一部建筑信息模型应用的工程建设标准,提出了建筑信息模型应用的基本要求,是建筑信息模型应用的基础标准,可作为我国建筑信息模型应用及相关标准研究和编制的依据。《标准》的实施将为国家建筑业信息化能力提升奠定基础。
The Journal of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently approved “Building Information Model Application Standard” as the national standard, numbered GB / T51212-2016, since July 1, 2017 come into operation. The “standard” is the first construction standard for construction information model application in our country. It puts forward the basic requirements for the application of building information model and is the basic standard for the application of building information model. It can be used as the research and compilation of the application of building information model and its related standards in accordance with. The implementation of the “Standard” will lay the foundation for the improvement of the informatization capability of the national construction industry.
