治理整顿是我国经济发展走向良性循环过程中一个不可逾越的阶段。在治理整顿、深化改革的过程中,我们坚持一个中心,两个基本点,坚持企业的社会主义方向,全心全意依靠工人阶级,在发展生产的同时.坚持做到两个文明一起抓,两项任务一齐下,两副担子一起挑,两个成果一齐要。多年来,我们重视企业的思想政治工作,努力发挥思想政治工作的强大威力,以“三爱三争”企业精神培养和造就一支“四有”职工队伍,把工厂的方针目标变为广大职工的自觉行动。1989年以来,尽管我们遇到了前所未有的困难,但是,企业的生产经营始终保持了持续稳定发展,企业管理和各项改革工作年年跨上新台阶,职工的思想素质和技术素质不断提高,企业连续四年被评为市,省、部和全国思想政治工作优秀企业,工厂党委被评为常州市、江苏省和全国先进基层党组织,厂工会被评为全国模范职工之家,厂团委连续三次被命名为省新长征突击队,1989年11月,工厂通过国家一级企业的预评审,1990年6月份又顺利地通过国家一级企业的正式验收。
