提高光照不良条件下静脉采血穿刺的成功率,是护理操作经常面对的问题。介绍自制采血照明灯,并说明了使用方法及优点。该装置以止血带、LED电子灯芯和聚光灯罩为材料,电子灯芯与聚光灯罩构成光源和聚光单元,通过止血带固定于患者采血部位上方恰当位置。应用此装置可显著提高静脉采血穿刺时的照明条件,有效提高抽血成功率及护理工作效率,特别是对于野外条件下提高护理急救能力起到重要作用。
