1992年初,中共中央下发了邓小平同志《在武昌、深圳、珠海、上海等地的谈话要点》(下称《谈话》),这篇谈话象一股强劲的春风,吹遍了神州大地,也吹进了新华园地。经过一年多来的改革实践,我们深深体会到,《谈话》是建设有中国特色社会主义的指路明灯,也为新华书店的改革指明了方向,开辟了道路,带来了突破性的效益。《谈话》具有普遍的指导意义。一年多来,我们烟台市新华书店是着重运用小平同志谈话中的一些重要观点,来指导我们的改革实践的。
In early 1992, the CPC Central Committee issued Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s “Key Points of Talk in Wuchang, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Shanghai” (hereinafter “the Talks”). This talk is like a mighty spring breeze blowing through the vast land of China. Blow into the Xinhua Garden. After more than a year of reform and practice, we have come to realize that “talk” is the guiding principle in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. It also points the way for the reform in Xinhua Bookstore, opens the way to breakthroughs benefit. “Conversation” has universal guiding significance. In the past year or so, we at Xinhua Bookstore in Yantai City have focused on using some important points in Comrade Xiaoping’s talk to guide our reform practice.
